It is an automatic rotary labelling machine for the cold glue application of one or more precut labels to containers of different shape and materials. It ensures precise labelling process guaranteed by positive container positioning with centering bells and centering plates. It is easy to operate, clean and maintain with a short change over times for labels and containers. This machine can be equipped with camera vision system to carry out labelling quality control.
It is a rotary labelling machine for the application of paper or plastic wraparound pre-cut labels applied with thermo fuse glue (Hot Melt system). The labelling group, using an industrial Hot Melt Applicator, allows a great adhesive economy compared with the traditional methods. The change over operation is very easy and quick.
It is a labelling machine equipped with one or more labelling station. It guarantees the perfect application of one or more self-adhesive labels on the same container at very high production speeds. It is equipped with a Labelling Station which dispenses self-adhesive labels at a linear velocity of 140 m/min. The wedge shaped station makes it perfect for installation on both rotating and linear labelling machines. The same shape allows the installation of two labelling stations in parallel. It guarantees a non stop function that permits the machine to continue to function without stopping during label reel replacement or if anomalies are found.
The sleeve, or wrap-around plastic film, is a label that is thermo-shrunk onto the container. Today, it represents the most efficient alternative to classic labelling. Our Sleeve Technology is a modular labelling machine which allows the application of wrap-around thermo-shrink plastic film labels starting directly from the film on the roll. It uses the laser welding technology. Afterwards, one or more heat treatment stations execute thermo-shrinking to complete the process. With the roll fed sleeve method and the laser technology, the label production becomes a fully integrated part of the bottling line. It allows a cheap, easy and clean labelling. process. Photo-cell controlled Printing Points Tracing System ensures extremely accurate bag forming, sealing and cutting performances. This unit can perform three sided, four sided or pillow type packaging. Our Auger Filling machines are equipped with servomotor control and can produce one side, 3 side, 4 side and pillow type sealing. These machines are excellent for non free flowing and difficult flowing powder. IT is manufactured for stainless steel and has high accuracy rate with a deviation of ±1%. The sealing temperature employs PID system temperature controller which maintains temperature within ± 20.

The equipment produces Air Bubbled sheet through mold using LDPE continuously. Bubble Cylinder is connected with vacuum pump and it makes air bubble (embossing pattern). Always maintain the proper vacuum pressure which can be adjusted by using of ball valve. Forming process, the pair of films (one is embossed and the other is flat) are laminated. Bubble Cylinder is various in customer sizes.

Packaging Machine For Tablets and Capsule
